Mark Griffiths has been a local church leader for over 30 years, holding posts including Vicar, Associate Minister and Youth & Children’s Pastor. 

He is currently part of the senior leadership team at the St Padarn’s Institute; the training arm of the Church in Wales, which is responsible for missional research, newly licensed ministers and children, young people and family ministry development. 

Mark holds a PhD in Child Evangelism and Church Growth, has published ten books, is a dad to three kids and has one very patient wife!
